Whether you're going for certification or keeping it, iFoodlab sets the system up with you in days, runs it with you every day, and keeps it audit-ready. Food safety, inventory, traceability, suppliers, people and deliveries on one system, designed for FSSC 22000 and other GFSI-recognised schemes.
A limited first group gets founder's pricing and setup done with us directly, plus first notice the day we open. No card, no calls unless you ask.
Sound familiar?
“The retailer emailed. They want a certified system before they’ll list us.”
→Start this week, not after a six-month project.
“Recertification is in June and the binders haven’t moved since the last audit.”
→Records are produced by running the factory, so they’re never out of date.
“The audit is in three weeks and the evidence is in four places.”
→Every record already sits where the auditor will look for it.
“The person who set it up moved on, and the system stopped moving.”
→The system enforces the order of work. It doesn’t depend on who’s on shift.
Already certified?
We ran our own FSSC 22000 system on paper for years. It worked, and it cost us more hours than it should have, with records that never quite matched the floor. iFoodlab is what we built to replace it. Bring what you have: upload your documents, suppliers and records, and the agent classifies each one, maps it to the register and shows you where everything lands before anything is written. Your history comes with you. Migration takes days, not a rebuild. The same agent then keeps procedures current as you change, so the next audit is a report, not a scramble.
Your history comes with you
Your documents, HACCP plan, supplier approvals and past records, all brought across.
Your AI food safety agent
Describe your products, your lines and how you receive and dispatch. The agent drafts your food safety management system for you: the manual, HACCP plan, procedures, records and registers, written for your products and your allergens. You review and approve each section; nothing is saved until you do. Then it keeps working beside you: what's due today, what an auditor will ask for, what to do when a check fails.
From “where do I start?” to an audit-ready system in days, with the agent beside you the whole way.
Already have documents? The same agent migrates and updates them. See “Already certified?” above.
Why it holds up
Most systems sit next to production and ask people to fill in forms. iFoodlab is the way production runs. You can't pack until the line check passes. You can't release until QC is recorded. Stock is the sum of signed movements, never a number someone typed. That's why the audit trail is always there, and why quality stops depending on who's on shift.
Proof, not theory
iFoodlab makes chocolate, roasts coffee, blends powders and makes fruit and vegetable powders. This platform runs our plant, and our own FSSC 22000 system lives in it. It's penetration tested and checked on every release. Everything on this page is something we use on a Tuesday.
“We built iFoodlab because we needed it. We couldn't find a food safety system that a business our size could set up and actually keep running day to day — so we built one, and now we're putting it within reach of every food producer.”
One platform
Stop stitching together five tools, or paying for enterprise software built for a plant twenty times your size. iFoodlab runs your food safety, your inventory and your operations together.
Controlled documents, HACCP and controls, records, non-conformance and internal audits, designed for FSSC 22000 and other GFSI-recognised schemes.
Trace any lot forwards and backwards in seconds, run timed mock recalls, and see mass balance on demand.
Lots, batches and recipes, with every movement signed and tied to a lot, so on-hand is always right.
Approved suppliers, questionnaires, certificates and material approval, with agreements signed online.
Routes, signed proof of delivery, and finished goods traced to the customer who received them.
Employees, inductions, role-based training and a competence matrix built from evidence, with management-review roll-ups.
More modules follow: audit workspace for external auditors, field activity, NPD and assessments.
Pricing
Every plan is the whole platform — food safety, inventory, traceability, suppliers, people and deliveries, with unlimited users. Priced per site. The difference between plans is simply how far the AI goes: from writing your documents with you, to setting the whole system up with you, to watching it for you.

Early-stage producer?
We invest up to $7,300 in food start-ups that are serious about doing this properly.
The iFoodlab Incubator funds the platform for a small group of early-stage producers each quarter. You pay a fixed participation fee; we fund the rest as a platform credit, released as you implement. 10 places a quarter. Applied for, not bought.
Straight answers
Yes. GFSI-recognised schemes accept electronic records with attribution and controlled change. Every record here carries who, when and what changed, which is more than most paper systems can show.
You do. Your data sits in your own isolated space, and you can export it at any time.
Tenant isolation on every table, encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, an independent penetration test, and security checks on every release.
Your data is never used to train AI models, only the record in question is sent for a given request, and every AI action sits in your own audit log. A person approves before anything becomes a record. You can turn AI features off.
No. Same price either way. The price on our site is the price whether you come direct or through an iFoodlab partner — we pay the partner, not you.
Nothing is written until you approve it, section by section. Your originals are untouched, and your history comes with you.
Every plan is the whole platform with unlimited users, priced per site — see pricing. A once-off setup fee covers your AI-guided onboarding (waived on annual billing). Early-stage producers can apply to the Incubator, where iFoodlab funds most of the platform cost through a credit released as you implement.
Early access
We're running our own plant on iFoodlab now and onboarding a small first group of producers next. Places in that first group are limited: those who join it get founder's pricing, setup done with us directly, a say in what we build next, and first notice the day subscriptions open. Everyone on the list hears first — and if it turns out not to be for you, you've lost two minutes.
